I do not know if you use a caching plugin but I noticed the same problem but I could lead it back to the combination of a caching pluging and qtranslate-slug and rename the category & tag labels in the settings of qtranslate-slug.
The problem can be solved by again saving the qtranslate-slug settings after you activate the the caching plugin.

Yes, that is right Carlos. Same slug name under different pages does not work. This possible is with the standard setup of WordPress.
