My mistake. Because I had two different coloured lines, it appeared as if, where the lines intersected, there was a marker at that point.

Ideally what I’d like is a dot at each waypoint listed in the GPX file, shown on the map, but the direction arrows serve a similar purpose. Making them a different colour to the line would be cool.

Elevation data … none of my GPX files have that. I ran one of them through https://mapscaping.com/, which added it. It is a long process when I have so many routes and pages to convert to Waymark I’ll stick with adding the distance manually.

It is a good plugin – an excellent replacement for WP-GPX-Maps which appears to have been dropped by the developers. Thank you for taking the time to develop it.

Having deleted and recreated the Analytic Property, I still can’t get anything to flow. The next step would be to delete the account and start totally fresh, but for what I want, that is too much effort.

I’ve installed an analytics counter (Burst) which gives me what I need. It isn’t Google Analytics, but a lot of what that offers I don’t use.

My theory – based on the date this started – is that when the UA Property stopped, then the data stopped flowing. It shouldn’t have, as I was using a GA4 property, but something in the plumbing disconnected.

No complaints, Google Anaytics is free, so I have no basis to maon about anything.

Installed troubleshooting and ran the site with only Site Kit enabled.

I checked the source code for the home page and G-6QGKRLGQHK is present

Refreshed the page and Analytics still shows zero users. (live)

I’m beginning to think there is something disconnected in the back end of Google and that deleting everything and starting from scratch is how I’ll fix this.

Hello,

Please close the ticket as I think we have found the problem that was showing up in Site Kit.

Analytics is suggesting that I “Link Analytics and Search Console” – which I was certain had been done.

When I click on link to “Configure Product Linking” and then select Link Search Console –> Add, I’m getting the message “You haven’t verified any sites”

Click on Add Site to Search Console and the page I’m taken to shows our site!

Something “in the plumbing” isn’t quite connected, but that isn’t a problem with Site Kit. If you know who can help please point me at them, otherwise I’ll keep digging 🙂
