I have tried the OLD username + OLD password but, still no login success.
What do you think can be the possible solution the problem?

I am also having a restore problem.
The previous site I created had to be deleted as I made a mistake whilst trying to fix http to https links.
Now, the backup does not want to restore. I am using Cloudflare.
Website https://hiresa.org.
When clicking rstore the login screen opens.
The username is the same for the old website and the new.
The only diffrence is the password.
I have treid both passwords and neither one of them wants to move on to the next screen where sql data is to be entered.
Could you please assist?
