I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. STARTED WORKING WITH THE PLUGIN TODAY, ALWAYS RED.

I create the fields from excel,
column 1 username
column 2 name
column 3 email

Saving it as csv file.
Result all red

Please help

I have exactly the same problem. Until a couple of days ago it worked, but yesterday I had the same problem as mrsportiasmith. What can be done to fix it?
