Unfortunately not, I am still getting PDF with missing fields. I had hoped it would start working again with version updates but as of 3.5 is still happening.

After further investigation, I believe the problem is related to a PDF generator plugin – with the plugin deactivated the messages are being sent correctly, one with attachment and one without. I´ll take up the issue with the plugin creators.

In Mail To field, I have our email address, and in From field an email address from our domain. In File Attachments the path of a csv file stored on our web server in uploads folder.
In Mail (2) the To field is a mail-tag of an email address from the submitted contact form. The File Attachments field is blank (because I don´t want any attachment sent).
The problem is that the csv attachment in Mail is also being sent in Mail(2) email.I hope this what you meant by ´email settings´. Let me know if I have missed anything.

I have tested with the latest version and now it is working – both the local file and the pdf file sent as attachments.

In my case, I am trying to attach a local file stored in wp-content/uploads and I cannot get it to work. When I disable PDF File Operation in the plugin, the email is sent with the local file as attachment as configured in CF7, but when I enable the plugin, the generated PDF is attached but not the local file.

ThanksHello, please, how did you solve this problem? I am experiencing the same issue. I had CF7 configured to attach a CSV file with info from the form and since I activated the plugin, I now only receive a single PDF file as attachment and not the CSV as well. Thanks
