In reply to: [Comment Blacklist Updater] v 1.2.0 permissions problemthe repository still has v 1.2.0 as latest version. Where can we get 1.2.1?

In reply to: [Comment Blacklist Updater] v 1.2.0 permissions problemI checked the plugin author’s activity on this site to see if he noticed the questions and there is a pending v 1.2.1 addressing the permissions problem win WordPress trac.

In reply to: [Comment Blacklist Updater] v 1.2.0 permissions problemFor the record, I re-installed v 1.1.0 from a backup. But the latest v 1.2.0 has a security fix, so it would be good to get the latest security update in a working version.

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Zero Spam] Is this plugin still being developed and supported? It’s timely that you updated the plugin to show it works with the latest WordPress. WordPress Zero Spam no longer supports Gravity Forms as of v. 4.9.9.

In reply to: [Gravity Forms Zero Spam] Is this plugin still being developed and supported?Very glad to hear this. I have this on a number of sites but was worried I may have to find a new plugin since it did not appear to be supported. It does the job well!
Zero Spam 4.6.0, latest when I wrote, I see it is now 4.7.0. Added BotScout API, still getting spam.

Having trouble sending information about recent spam, both that just came in have non-nice URLs, one is in Greek. This forum flags that information. If there is a way to send a screenshot of spam, happy to do so.
Unfortunately I’m getting more spam with the latest version of Zero Spam and will revert to 3.1.1 for now, which seems to keep the spam at bay.
Everything else up to date, WP 5.4.2 and GF 2.4.19. Using Genesis 3.3.2/Infinity Pro
Ben, thanks very much for your diligence in working on these issues. I just updated a site from 3.1.1 to 4.5.0 – it still deactivates the plugin, but when activated the GF setting was checked ON.
Unfortunately upgrading from 3.1.1 to 4.4.1 is the same experience as before.
I have the same experience as before going from 3.1.1 to 4.4.0: plugin gets disabled, after activation I must check Gravity Forms ON again.
These are all different websites, different databases. It sounds easier to me to just do the manual updates and setting changes than to rummage around in the database.
@wfgerald No, I am not having any problems. Two websites threw an error but seem to have recovered on their own. The 3rd website prevented my from logging in normally. I used the recovery link WordPress sent and logged in. I deleted Wordfence and re-installed and now all is good on that website. I manage several dozen websites. All have Wordfence, most have updated to 7.4.1 automatically with no incident.
I imagine the issue is a particular group of things that create a perfect storm. I have made a note of the link about removing or resetting Wordfence for future reference.
On the website that had a fatal error, this is the message I received from WordPress. I used the recovery link in the email, uninstalled then reinstalled Wordfence and all okay since:

The websites work normally.
