No the issue not with the theme, the problem is addressed when I disable you plugin. I fixed the problem temporarily by manually modifying the links on the server. The other plugin “SSL Insecure Content Fixer” addresses this issue because it auto correct all HTTP links to HTTPS. I was wondering if you could provide support in your plugin via click checkbox to replace all HTTP to HTTPS (Calling it all links secure option) would really be helpful for just CSS and or JS files.
