Hi Andrea,
Thanks for reporting this again 🙂
The last update from 23/01/2023 should have addressed this issue:
Fix Menu links url on multisite

Hi Gianfranco,
This actually sounds like correct cookie banner behaviour, as elements that set non-necessary cookies will be blocked until the user has consented. If your burger menu script contains these cookies, the script would have to be held back until proper consent is given. We do have some solutions for these type of issues and, in order to propose the best solution for your website and scripts, we would love to investigate this issue further. In order for us to do this, you can create a support ticket via our support form.
We aim to reply within 48 hours!

Hi Larry,
Thanks so much for elaborating!
1. We actually do have a DPA available and you can find this here: Can-you-issue-a-DPA-
2. All lot of the descriptions about the legal basis for Cookiebot CMP can be found in our privacy policy and DPA on our website. However, we would hate for you to have to dig through this information yourself. If you would love a more-to-the-point reply on the legal basis for the use of cloud-based services, we would love to provide you with more info. You can write to us via this link;

Hi!
The banner is responsive, which means it adapts to the available space on the screen. Since there is quite a bit of information, and you have to be able to both read it and interact with elements on the banner with your fingers, every bit of space is needed.
To resolve the issue you can always scale down the dial by overriding the stylesheet.
For example:
div#CybotCookiebotDialog {
scale: 75% !important;

Cookiebot supportHi Larry,
Would you be able to elaborate on what you mean exactly? If possible, add a link to the German interpretation of GDPR you are referring to? This way, our legal team can have a look and get back to you.
Best regards,
Hannah

Hi Andrea!
We are actually pretty excited about the new version of our plugin, but would love to hear more feedback on this. What should we focus on improving or what is it exactly about the new UI/UX design that you dislike?

Cookiebot supportHi all!
It is possible some scripts are not allowed to load when customers deny the use of cookies. This is usually due to our (automatic) blocking functionality working correctly – meaning scripts that set non-necessary cookies are held back (as per your websites’ users choice). You can read more about automatic blocking here.
The issue originally described in this post is actually quite individual, meaning we have to investigate the exact website we can see the issue happening on. The scripts responsible for this are most likely not the same scripts used on your website or any other website. For this reason, we always open a support ticket to start our investigation – per customer that experiences issues with scripts not loading after installing Cookiebot. This way, we can actually point our customers to the exact script(s) and propose the best way to go about this.
If you experience similar issues on your website (or any other issues for that matter), that you believe may be caused by the Cookiebot script, you are very welcome to write to us and receive the same personalized support. Support requests can be created via our Help Center: https://support.cookiebot.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

Cookiebot support.Hi Helle!
Thank you for contacting us regarding this.
I can see our Cookiebot CMP cookie banner has not been implemented on this website, so I believe you are referring to the following in the scan report:
Data is sent to: United Stated (not adequate)
The explanation for this can be found below and is not actually related with our new Swift banner, but has to do with a legal agreement regarding data transfers between EU and US.
On Thursday July 16th, the EU Court of Justice (CJEU) ruled on the so called “Schrems II” case on Standard Contractual Clauses. As part of the ruling the “Privacy Shield”, under which data has been transferred between the EU and companies in the US, has been invalidated.
Because of this, Cookiebot reporting has been changed to reflect that sending data to the USA is non-compliant as the US is considered to not have adequate personal data protection mechanisms in place.
This means that as of the ruling, it is unclear how to legally transfer personal data between the EU and the US. You may do so with standard contractual clauses in place, however this is currently being debated as well. When sending personal data to a non-adequate country, if this cannot be avoided, it can be done under GDPR Art. 49, however this article does not specifically apply to the situation of sending data to the US.
See more about data transfers to non-adequate countries here

Cookiebot supportHi Friedl,
Thank you for your message.
The plugin in the screenshot is not actually our Cookiebot plugin, so I am afraid we will not be able to help answer these questions.

Cookiebot supportHi @angeloarlotta,
I can see you added the domain name in the ticket as “still in maintenance”. Would we be able to take a closer look at the issue: is the website live or if there a staging environment for us to check?
