Solved the problem by deinstalling Really Simple Captcha and using BetterWP reCAPTCHA. Works, no problems. Thanks, but never again. 🙁

Mhhh… i don’t use the wp-super-cache plugin.
I temporaly solved the problem by generating a new contact form. But now the same problem again. 🙁

Hm? Do you mean by cache-related, clear the browser cache and it should work?
Ok, now it worked two times in a row. The third time I refreshed and tried again, the image didn’t show up. As logged in as Admin, it works every time. I don’t get it. 🙁
