my site is http://alaindonesia.net
But, it is already resolved by moving my site to other server.
The older server’s ISP does not allow me to do ‘curl’ outside.

Thank you for your answer.
I find that the problem is a environment variable “my proxy” misconfigured to be “host_or_ip : port” in my server.
So I delete this “my proxy” in environment variables and it resolved
