In reply to: [WooCommerce] Inbox & Stats failed to load resource – status 524I have the same problem with all 5 of my sites. A large purple triangle with the message “There was an error getting your inbox. Please try again.” on the WooCommerce/Home tab. I use the athemes Sydney theme. Tried installing and using the storefront theme as suggested, and disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce, but the problem persists.
UPDATE: This problem has disappeared without any further doings from my side, I guess some subsequent update fixed it, many thanks!

thank you for your assistance. I have spent days fiddling with the settings, and it appears that the error has now disappeared, thank you. Not sure what caused the problem, I just hope that it does not re-appear!

In reply to: [Sydney] Remove color from header.I have the same problem. Before upgrade, the header was transparent, now it is white background. Customizing -> Colours -> General -> Background Colour changes the colour but it cannot be set to transparent anymore?

I have now found that both the mobile and the desktop site for heye.co.za show the messed up header menu section. The preview shows the site in perfect health, however.
As soon as I add an item to the basket and view the basket, then the formatting of the site restores itself. i.e. it appears that logged in users see the site correctly, but when not logged in, then the formatting is messed up. Any ideas how to fix this would be hugely appreciated!
