currenlty This feature is not available. We are planning to implement in this way
- At webhooks, along with the {url}, {time}, {number}. we will add {gclid}. which will get the variable from url parameter gclid and send to webhook url

We plan to add a hidden field feature. where the admin (form builder) adds a name as gclid and a value as {gclid}, and this will get the gclid from the URL parameters.

possible reasons are.
- cache issue. please clear the cache from cache plugins and if available server side cache, CDN cache.
- if multilingual plugins are using wpml, polylang. please check string translations and update/clear the related strings.

plugin navigates to the WhatsApp chat API. we too faced similar issue. but the issue is not from the plugin side.
As of now, if possible please use “web.whatsapp” for desktop.
At ‘Click to Chat’ setting page, in the ‘URL Strucutre’ section (‘Desktop: URL Structure’), select ‘Web WhatsApp’

We understand there is a possibility of conflict if the pre-filled text in the main settings and the page-level settings are the same. If so, please change it, clear the cache, and test.
If the issue still exists, is it possible to share screen shots of
main settings prefilled message and
page-level settings prefilled messages for both languages.and page url.
