BTW, my wordpress version is 3.1. Maybe I choose a wrong version when I submit this question.

Problem Solved!
This is because that the Contact Form 7′ ajax script has conflict with another plugin called “WP Minify”. When I deactive the plugin “WP Minify”,
the Contact Form 7 works well.
