In reply to: Can’t LoginBut, how do you FTP? I am seriously out of my depth here. I have no FTP thingy. I have only ever used the WordPress login page and the dashboard and I don’t know how to do any of the other stuff. If I can’t sign in, how can I change anything? I am totally lost.

I am soooo new to all this – I have absolutely no idea where to start.
I tried clearing my cache in my browser, tried using a different browser, tried getting in through siteground, I searched for solutions on google – but the ones I understand involved logging in… which I can’t.
I was able to login once today. Then i ran the updates. Since then I have not been able to get access.
