Thats What Im saying. You are looking it from your ego perspective. You are seeing me as a group of people and not as a individual. Every issue is unique. Also I am a busy man who forgot about applying a refund earlier. But you guys don’t understand that. I actually applied for a refund immediately after trying, I wish I never told my self “try it out more, maybe you will get around it”.

Why don’t you see it as: “hey this customer did apply for a refund, but how great is it that he will try it out more before he persuades the refund”

Me: e-mailing you it didn’t work out…

Customer service: Oh no worries we know you did apply for a refund earlier, we can understand it didn’t work out.

Instead customer services be like: Sorry, not our problem we already made money from you. Next!
