Thank you for your suggestion. I was thinking to try using shortcode but something strange happened.
I UNCHECKED the Placement – Homepage option under Floating Interface settings and now floating interface shows up at the right place on my homepage 🙂

Unfortunately, ticking “Excerpts and posts page” option made no difference.
Actually the page structure is the same with the screenshot I sent earlier.
Floating interface appears at about the half of the page. After the title says “FAYDALI BİLGİLER”
Any idea?
