I can’t show the popup problem, but here are two design differences. The upper one is always what it looks like on user frontend (as it should), the lower is what I see if I’m logged in as admin.
The header (site image in full size, not as set by Elementor)

The footer (footer background not changed, no line at the top)

If I deactivate the SG Optimizer plugin, the problems are solved.
Sure, but you won’t see the problems, as they show only if you are logged in to the site with admin role.

I set a holiday booking rule, and then suddenly some of my days started to show false availabilities.

For example, on 28 May from 13:00-20:00 all the times should be available.
There is no holiday rule set for that day.
