It turns out that your plugin doesn’t work with the The7 theme. I don’t see any conflicts with other plugins, as I have disabled them.

Thank you. I added css “ul.kt-testimonial-grid-wrap { list-style: none; }” and the problem was solved only with point 2 (I removed the dot). The rest remained unchanged: 1. A large indent appeared. 3. A dark border appeared. 4. The font became bold and changed in the society.
Deactivating the WP Fastest Cache plugin does not change anything.
