Normally, it can be used to track the analytical data, stats based on the behavior of your website visitors, and other things.

This sort of issue happens when Instagram blocks any network for too many requests.

Please try visiting your website from another network.

Or you can also clear the data cache by enabling the following option only for once.

After enabling this option for once, disable it.

From there, you can add slides.
