The default Universal Product Layout widget is mainly designed for the home page or other pages. Not for the archive or shop page.
About the Product Archive Layout widget:
It won’t be possible to customize the design using the default Product Archive Layout widget.
This feature is available in the pro version only.

As we have already stated, there are plenty of users who downloaded and installed this plugin earlier and are currently having no issues with CMB2.
However, as you have brought this issue to our attention, we would definitely consider sincerely to make changes provided that other users encounter the same error caused by CMB2 and report to us.

Unfortunately, the options you’ve mentioned are not available in the free version. Displaying the notification bar into some specific pages are available in the pro version. This screenshot is taken from the pro version https://prnt.sc/wmc7gy for your reference.
“I also want to have a shortcode for add in some page or in themes files” -> Unfortunately, this feature is not available. We have noted this & will try to implement it in future updates.
