To clarify the issue, here are the specific, controlled test results that rule out all other causes:

    1. My own Comcast address receives MailPoet emails normally. This confirms Comcast is not blocking my domain or MailPoet.
    2. Gmail receives MailPoet emails normally. This confirms my SMTP settings, DNS, FROM address, and domain authentication are all correct.
    3. When my test list contains ONLY:
      • 1 Comcast address (mine)
      • 1 Gmail address Sending works perfectly with no errors.
    4. When I add ANY other Comcast address — even one that has never bounced — MailPoet immediately pauses sending with:
      • “SMTP Error: data not accepted”
      • “Unprocessed subscriber”
      • Sending stops at 0/X
    5. When I remove that Comcast address, sending works again.

This pattern is consistent, repeatable, and tied only to specific Comcast addresses. No other domains (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, Verizon) cause any issues.

Because the ONLY variable that changes the outcome is the presence of these Comcast addresses, the behavior matches MailPoet’s internal suppression list exactly.

Please remove all suppressed email addresses on my account from the MailPoet Sending Service suppression list. I can provide the full list privately.

Natvi V, thanks for the quick response. I would like to add a clarification. the two identified emails that are not receiving emails from mail poet sending email address [email protected] are a verizon.net assigned to an aol.com parent and a comcast.net assigned to a verizon.net parent. Meaning we were allowed to keep our original email address while using a different email provider. I t is important to note that a majority of my comcast.net and verizon.net and aol.com are successfully receiving emails from mail poet. As far as the information you requested the Mail poet system status report is in screenshots 1 thru 3 below. I am using wp-Smtp for my Contact Form 7(screenshots 4-6) and Mail Poet Sending Service (screenshot 7) for Mailpoet emails. Relative to your question regarding the from email address used for these emails it is: [email protected] and according to Bluehost my hosting provider it has been verified. I did receive a notice from mail poet that my dns records required updating and I have listed my updated dns record in screenshots 8 -9. I do not believe that this was the issue though because a majority of my clients were receiving their mail poet emails. Screenshot 10 shows my authentication results of updating the mail poet recommended updates providing an error message for each “No records found. Please add this to your DNS settings.” I thought these errors may have been a result in not having enough time to propagate which usually takes 24 to 48 hours, but I could be wrong. If you need any additional information, please let me know and I will provide immediately.

The 2 Checkbox form tags below seem to be what is causing the error message "Multiple form controls are in a single label element". When I remove them, I do not receive the error. The instructions to fix this error is to "use label element" which you can see i have tried both with and without. Can this error message "Multiple form controls are in a single label element" be the cause of me not receiving the email or sending the email back to the sender? I am receiving the sender input in my Contact Form 7 CRM Entries database.

Jaime, I took your suggestion and reached out to SendLayer and they provided additional dns records and thru some research I added other and my emails are being sent and delivered in a more than acceptable timeframe.

    Thanks again,

First Thanks for your response. As you suggested I reentered the dns addresses in bluehost and they all propagated very quickly. Thanks for the advice. I then emailed to myself a test email from MailPoet and Mass Mail plugins it took almost 30 minutes for me to receive in my inbox. I also used the SendLayer test email to myself and never received the sendLayer test email. I checked my email log plugin and it shows it never made it out of my system(please see attached screenshot) My questions are:

    1. Doesn’t 30 minutes for one email to be sent and delivered indicate a problem?
    2. Why would my test email from SendLayer not work when my emails from MailPoet and Mass Mail did even though those plugins took 30 minutes to deliver?

    Thanks again for your help!

Thank you for your quick response. It only works with the email address which I changed. When I try signing in with my client’s username which is her main email address it provides a message Incorrect Password, so it definitely does not work with both. Is this a bug within WordPress? I checked the domain name of the sending email, and it also is definitely the same and correct. I have spent days with with the email provider comcast.net and they thought it may be blocked at a server level meaning no comcast.net clients should be getting emails from my website. In checking with my other clients using a comcast.net email address they are all receiving my websites emails using my domain name. Any additional thoughts are welcome. Again, thanks for your help!

Yes, I receive a confirming Message that my message has been sent this is the screenshot of when I send a message with all plugins being deactivated except Contact Form 7 and running a default theme. Even though I receive the confirming message sent I do not receive any email at all. Please remember that I do receive the email but not the attachment when I activate Mail poet.

    Thanks

    Takayuki,

First thanks for your quick response. 1. I switched to twenty nineteen default theme. Deactivated all plugins except Contact Form 7 and cleared cache. I then tested onhttps://thepatioschestnutcreek.com/arb-work-request-submission-form/ using [contact-form-7 id=”9fe7016″ title=”ARB Work Order Request Final”] and sent a message with attachment. I did not receive any attachment or email.

2.I then activated mail poet along with Contact Form 7 ran the same page and form as mentioned above, I received email but no attachment.

    1. I removed Mailpoet completely and reinstalled. I then tested onhttps://thepatioschestnutcreek.com/arb-work-request-submission-form/ using [contact-form-7 id=”9fe7016″ title=”ARB Work Order Request Final”] and sent a message with attachment. I received the email but not the attachment. 2 I then tested same page and form with mailpoet deactivated, and I not only did not receive the attachment but no email at all. I have done this several times and get the same result. It appears that Contact Form 7 will send emails successfully but not attachments with Mailpoet “Active” but with Mailpoet “Deactivated” Contact Form 7 will neither send email and or attachment successfully. I know this is strange, but I have tested this multiple times with the same results. I have checked all spam and junk folders and there were no emails sent to those folders as well. I will send you a screenshot of the page that I am sending from using Contact Form 7.

    Takayuki,

This is going to be strange but accurate:

I have tested this issue for hours by: 1. deactivating all email related plugins except contact Form 7 an Mailpoet and activating one at a time sending email from Contact Form 7 with attachment, the results were that I received the email each time without the attachment. 2. I then activated all plugins and implemented the suggestion from mailpoet to set the mailpoet settings to the default wordpress method instead of the Mailpoet method the results were that i not only did I not receive the attachment but no email at all. 3. I then deactivated mailpoet and sent an email from Contact Form 7 and again not only didi i not receive the attachment but no email at all.

I know this is strange but right now using Contact Form 7 unless I have Mail poet activated I am not receiving any email including attachment. I have tested this over and over making sure I am accurate and it proves to be the case every time. I would completely reinstall Mail poet but I do not want to lose all my client’s data.

    Takayuki,
