Hi @siouxsie, thank you for your feedback.

Sorry to hear about the plugin is not working for you. This is usually due to some browser extensions that block our domains (eg PrivacyBadger). Does the plugin work on other browsers? If so, you could try deactivating those extensions.

We are still trying to get a complete list of all the conflicting plugins/extensions. As soon as we have one, we will list them on the plugin page.

Hi @armin3000,

Sorry to hear you are having troubles with GTMetrix score, I know how frustrating this can be.

We are aware of this problem, our devs are working on some improvement that should make the score way better, although it’s hard to give an ETA at the moment.

First of all, can you update to the latest version (7.20.13)?

Also, can you make sure your browser isn’t blocking third-party cookies? That would prevent HubSpot authentication from working inside the iframe. https://knowledge.hubspot.com/integrations/install-the-hubspot-wordpress-plugin#enable-third-party-cookies
