In reply to: [Customizr] Cannot Customize After Updating to 3.3.1I discovered what the problem was in my case. It was an error (my own stupid error) in the “General Settings” of the dashboard. Very embarrassing — my site is an Addon domain and I put the URL “www.primarydomain.com/addondomain” in the “WordPress Address (URL)” which is what I thought the instructions were telling me to do. Too embarrassing. I am a true beginner, and the learning curve in my case is STEEP. Thank you all for taking the time to respond to my problem. I will mark this resolved.

In reply to: [Customizr] Cannot Customize After Updating to 3.3.1nikeo, I inactivated all the plugs and I still have the same situation as described above. I use the MyBookTable plugin for most of the pages on the site, plus I have 5 or 6 other pages on the site. Thanks again for any suggestions.

In reply to: [Customizr] Cannot Customize After Updating to 3.3.1It started to happen when I updated to latest version of Customizr. I don’t use any other theme and I’m afraid to try one in case I lose everything I’ve done so far. I’m new to this so I appreciate any suggestions you may have. Thanks very much.

In reply to: [Customizr] Cannot Customize After Updating to 3.3.1After the updated to 3.3.1, this is what happens to me:
(1) I log into WordPress admin using my credentials. The WordPress installation is on an Addon domain at http://www.listentothespark/hudsonmohawkpress/
(2) Everything works fine in the WordPress Dashboard except when I click on “Appearance” and “Customize”. When I do that I get the left-hand panel for the “Customizr” theme, but on the right of the screen it is blank for a moment then the WordPress admin login reappears with the message “Session expired. Please log in again. You will not move away from this page.” However, each time I try to re-log in from there I get bumped out the same way. I notice that when this happens the URL in the address bar is changed to “http://www.listentothespark.com/hudsonmohawkpress/wp-admin/customize.php?return=%2Fhudsonmohawkpress%2Fwp-admin%2Foptions-general.php”
Thank you again for any suggestions. I am at a loss.
My site is at http://www.hudsonmohawkpress.com
Thanks again.
I inactivated dev 1.1.1, then downloaded dev 1.2.0 and tried to install it. Got error that file already existed so install failed. I had to totally delete dev 1.1.1 from my plugins, then install dev 1.2.0 and I appear to be back in business for the moment. Will post again if I encounter any further glitches.
I updated to 2.0.1 and my developer API appears in the box but I am shut out of all the options, like putting in my own Amazon affiliate number, etc. How can I fix this?
