    This is Greg, the manager of Huge-IT. We had a nerve wracking situation, as we were shocked to see such report thinking something went wrong with email SMTP settings, but luckily everything is 100% secure. Let me break down the issue.

    1. The link to bossjoomla is connected with our email signature. You can check that by inspecting elements ( http://prnt.sc/egkzay ) of the browser’s tools. Right click on the mouse and go to inspect elements. Then click Console and see the error links in the console.

    2. These links that direct to bossjoomla.ru are the links leading to the signature logos or images that come with our replies. The logos were saved in the bossjoomla.ru and we linked them in the HTML code of the email signature to that website, so that logos/link images of our social accounts will show in our email signature.

    3. You still can see those social icon accounts and images, which are png files are the links you get in the signature as well as in the code of the signature.

    That’s it as simple is that. But in order to avoid any confusion, we will create new logos and save them on our website, so that the links show Huge-IT, instead of bossjoomla.

    Thanks for contacting us.
    We are not sure how high the level of your frustration is, but this is quite disrespective to share such negative and offensive language within the community. We find it offense and unprofessional not only toward our developers and users, but towards community as well. We are part of WordPress and do try to bring the best of it to everyone and would lovingly help anyone with mentioned points that quite did not meet their standards of the desired plugin.

    Back to the plugin: Of course the free version comes with wide range of options. You can add images, create unlimited slides, add arrows, thumbnails, bullets. It supports the responsive layout and full width. You can also add widgets, use multiple advanced shortcodes, use the live preview options. Quite a number for a lite version of a slider plugin compared with some others. What exactly did not satisfy you. All the lite options are described in the description and before downloading the plugin and using it , you could have had a glimpse and read whether it meets your requirements or not. In this way we both would not waste our time.

    P.S. We have also noticed quite a fake account of yours and will be reporting and investigating whether your review is authentic. Please, be ready to revive consequences if the profile and account appear to be fake, as this is something that is totally disrespectful and unacceptable.

    We are begging your pardon for the inconvenience, really. We will be glad to refund you had we chance to imitate the same issue at our end. Our support staff member sent you a reply at 5:30 PM by the end of working day and surely will be back in some 10 hours, by morning. Will you allow us, for example, to have a Team Viewer session and share your website live with us, so that we could check the system and understand the problem. If we detect that the issue is coming from our plugin and would not be able to fix it, the refund will follow accordingly.

    You are free to express all your feelings and give us full feedback in this regards. We have no problem with negative feedback at all, as we realize that we cannot satisfy all and everyone, although this is our main goal and duty. Please, pardon us for taking your time. Let me mention kindly, that in the correspondence with our support agent named Kelly, you asked to pay the difference and get another plugin called “Responsive Slider” , by this agreeing to stop the license of the Slider Pro plugin, for which you paid $44. You did not agree on this and we kidnly sent you a new license for the pro version of Responsive Slider FOR FREE. We understand, that you needed the immediate fix of the option that had been available in the Pro version, which we offered you kindly, but had no chance to fix in a day or two. After sending you the Responsive Slider, and agreeing on the new license, we thought that you were satisfied with the new plugin and it met your requirements. In the meanwhile our developers fund a solution and fix the auto sliding and then AFTER that, with the new email of yours we seems are required to send you the zip of the Slider Pro. I understand that this is rather non-orthodox situation. But we have changed the lisence of one product to another.

    What shall we do in this case, that will meet both your requirements and the interests of our company? P.S. Please, check your spam folder and see whether there is an email from our support member, because we do not allow any support team members to ignore any email and try hard to be back during 48 hours. Once again, we are begging your pardon for the whole situation and we are open to help you further. MOREOVER, I will take care and send you the zip file of the latest Slider Pro version in the email. Hope that will help. Thank you.

    SPF records helps users to identify potential spammer, who tend to send messages with forged envelope senders (the address used during the SMTP MAIL FROM command) on behalf of your domain. Recipients can refer to the SPF record to determine whether a message claiming to be from your domain is from an authorized mail server.

    This error could mean different things and have different reasons. The most simple way to contact the hosting company and describe the error, by telling that you have tested the SMTP settings of your plugin and found out the error “SMTP connect() failed”. That will be enough for the host to go through your settings and system in order to fix the issue. This could be an issue with blocked ports on VPS and the host shall open it. Another alternative will be to fix your domain SPF record so Hotmail will not flag the email as spam or block it. Let us know how this goes through. Thank you!

    Dear simaduse, thank you for your cooperation. We are really sorry that this takes some time now. We are doing the utmost to help. Regarding the plugins, please give a test try with Postman SMTP Mailer/Email Log and/or Easy WP SMTP. IF the plugins detect any error, then you shall contact your hosting company and ask to go through the SMTP settings of your account/website.

    We are sorry to hear that. Could we ask you kindly to give another try, please and create a new user in your WordPress account. With that user’s account, submit the email once again and check whether it goes through or not. Don’t forget to check the spam/junk folders once more time and move to inbox if detected. Otherwise, you will need to install any third party SMTP plugin and check whether your email client does actually support HotMail. And the final line would be to connect to your host and ask them to go through your SMTP settings. The reason we ask you to contact your host is because we have tested the form with HotMail at our end and the emails are being sent directly to the inbox. Please, keep us updated on this regards.
