In reply to: [Plugin Organizer] Bug – Plugin FilterYep. Once we actually changed the permalink in the event itself it came back in line and worked properly. It seems to be just in this instance though using the Events plugin where it has a tribe_events post type and then associated woo commerce products….which share the same permalink.

In reply to: [Plugin Organizer] Post-Type Restriction BugHi Jeff.
The request above is becoming increasingly important to us. I’m happy to contribute financially to development if that would help? Could you ping me PM on skype –

In reply to: [Plugin Organizer] Wildcard for all future items in the URLOk – so this ignore URL arguments thing does work – but then it stuffs up other areas of the site where they need to be ignored, such as the admin area. At least the way I have it set up…
Would it be possible to request a feature update Jeff – to be able to ignore URL arguments by post/page/filter/override?
That would be amazing! 🙂

In reply to: [Plugin Organizer] Wildcard for all future items in the URLAh. I’ve just found the solution in the settings. Turning on the Ignore Arguments setting fixes this.
Thank you!
Excellent plugin! 🙂

In reply to: [Plugin Organizer] Wildcard for all future items in the URLHi Jeff.
Thanks for the reply. I did look at the tooltips, but I still can’t get it to work.
Here’s a real world example:
My URL is https://www.gftb.com/job-search/ and I have one specific plugin turned off which runs a WP Cron and so can’t be turned off globally. I have to turn it off on pages and filters – and it has to be turned off on this page as it screws up the layout.
When I click on pagination (e.g., page number 2), I get the following URL:
…and with this link, the plugin I’ve restricted, turns back on. I have the child posts bit ticked – but it’s still not working (as you said, it ignores past the ?).
So how can I keep this plugin turned off? It’s the same page, just with arguments, but with the arguments it’s not keeping the plugin turned off…..
Would really appreciate the help! 🙂
Hugh.

In reply to: [Plugin Organizer] Selective Admin Plugin Loading Causes TinyMCE IssuesHI Jeff. I suspect in hindsight this may have been the same issue as described in my other thread, and the logged in user having plugin problems.
IN the meantime though, did you see this in the original post:
“As a secondary question, is there any way you can get the wildcard * to work on any URL, for example url/hugh/12345678.jpg could be reduced to url/hu* – it would really help!”
Thanks for your time! 🙂
