    I know I can do it via dashboard, but still it goes to the log-in site where my client’s credentials just doesn’t work.

    He is really frustrated about this issue, so please if you would be that kind and could contact me via email on [email protected] I would really appreciate it. I can give you all the details you need, license key and everything, just please let’s resolve this issue.

    Even though I can try and set up the SMTP, even though I doubt that it will fix anything when WP mail logging doesn’t show even a thing. Problem with order history will still pressist. How is it even possible to delete all of the order history after a plugin’s update? Just because of that I don’t think the issue will be in PHP mailer.

    So please be that kind and contact me via email so we can finally fix it.

    And one more time – I can’t log in the site where you can submit a ticket, just so you don’t forget it while reading.

    Hi,

    thank you for your response. It would be great if I could Log in there. The client’s log in credentials works on this site https://stylemixthemes.com/account/#!/login but on the site you’ve send not.

    So I contacted you via the support chat as it is the only option for me that i can use.
