After shutdown my PC and starting again the problem has disappeared.
No idea what was happening.
Time gap is not 45 minutes. Time is 60 minutes.
I try to change the value in “Postie Time Correction” from standard 1 to 0.
Now the planned time is after my current time, but no directly publishing is done.
