Hi,

Thanks for checking the site. Unfortunately we had to remove the popup so users wouldn’t complain.

I have now created a test page and a test popup set to only show on this page.
https://teesvalley-ca.gov.uk/visit/popup-test/

It has been set to show once per user, once per session (1440 interval), and to display only to guests.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jasmine,

Please find the response to your questions below:
- The popup plugin versIon is v5.5.0
- The location is allocated to the post type but can be found here
- Disabling all levels of caching produces the same results. When you first visit the page in incognito and then refresh or revisit it, the page displays correctly. Repeating the same action continues to work as intended. This behaviour is the same whether caching is enabled or disabled.
- From our knowledge we do not have any plugin or logic which automatically deletes cookies.
