Thank you so much! That helped the header not overlap with the menu, and the footer doesn’t squeeze in any more.
I am still having trouble with the words display: Ethical. Natural. Tasty.

In the Optimizer customize module, I can’t see the html for the front page slider text to zero in on what I should be addressing. This is all I see when I flip from the visual editor to the text editor:
