I setup a test server, http://64.56.64.156/ Fresh install still no change. The spam count doesn’t increase.

Hi Pierre, I’m having a similar problem to Rubens.
I have now used notepad++ to save wp-config.php as UTF-8 without BOM
This has not fixed my problem.
The shout box displays however the messages don’t appear.
Please if you could take a look I’d be most thankful. (http://www.hypaculture.com) I asked a programmer at work who was clueless as to the problem.
