Thank you for the very useful explanation. I discovered that there is a conflict with my theme.
I was able to remove the space by changing the CSS from Internal to External in Styles. But then I was not able to edit the fields, and they got very small, and did not look nice.
I have almost the same problem. The space is before the intro text, so when people go to the page with the form, it seems to be empty, unless you scroll down..
Is there a solution?

I have also had a bad experience with Bookings Plus. I bought the plugin, and it doesn’t work. And the company does not answer my mails or my calls, though they say on their website: “We love to hear from our client and interact with them!”
