Oof, I’m sorry you have to deal with this. I’ve definitely done stuff like this too when I’ve gotten into a groove.
If the user account is completely gone, and password recovery won’t work, then your best bet will probably be to add a user directly to the database.
This may sound hard, but it’s actually fairly simple and WP Beginner has a great tutorial on how to do it: How to Add an Admin User to the WordPress Database
According to WhoIsHostingThis.com, it looks like your host is Host Dime. Looks like they have Live Chat support, so if you need some more hands-on help for figuring out how to access phpMyAdmin, I would definitely ask them for help as well.
