Looks like the update to version 3.2.9 has fixed this issue – at least for my sites.
I have a similar problem… in my case the Previous posts are available but not the Next posts. I deactivated the plugin and they reappeared, but disappeared again when I reactivated the plugin. I have three websites, two of which use My Calendar, and are affected. The one that does not contain a calendar works fine. I am using the Overlay theme for all three sites, if that helps.
