Not solved with your plugin. I switched to a different one because we didn’t have the time to troubleshoot it.
Okay so I figured it out. I’ll leave here for people who may also want to do this.
Make sure your WordPress settings are configured correctly. Under “general settings” there is a “start of the week” drop down.
It’s version Version 1.13.50. I just installed it yesterday
