I see a few people talk about doing something similar using a shortcode, however I am only interested in doing this on the back-end rather than within any posts or pages.

Could you point me as to where I can find the php.ini so I can insert the allow_url_fopen = 1 code?
I am also having problems with the user getting email notifications. The person who is trying to book will receive an email however the admin user does not.
Any help you can provide would be great.
