Hi! I just wanted to follow up on this. I think that the hosting provider added a wp_memory_limit increase to the wp_config file. I’m not 100% sure about that, but I noticed that change and the import is now working. Thank you so much for helping!

Hi! Thank you! I have not had a chance to disable all the plugins and change the theme, but I am working on that now in staging.

I had another smaller file I was trying to upload, and that one also failed. I’ve attached both.

Also, when I ran the smaller file with today’s date on it, I see these console errors in the image listed below.

    Hi! Thanks for your response.

Yes, I had already seen that article about the blurry images and tried all of those things as indicated in my initial ticket. Any other ideas?

Hi! Here is an example using the shortcode.

    [wpmem_form login redirect_to="https://mydomain.com/login-page/"]

    Hope that helps!

Thanks for the response. I could not find a link to this page from within the services dashboard/support. Thanks for the link!

Hi! Yes, they are WordPress users, but people will be signing up to be subscribers, and I don’t want to have to manually add them to a list each time someone signs up. Does that make sense? I just want to be able to send to subscribers. Or maybe there is some way I can hook them into one of your lists?

Hi! Thank you! That seems to have corrected the issues I am having with docinabunker.com.

I have one other website that is also having trouble. vahi.org I keep getting false downtime reports from site24x7. I was given this screenshot by support.
    https://prnt.sc/12grqia

They also said that sometimes they get this URL when they go to the site:
    https://vahi.org/?sfw=pass1620280348

I already updated this website with the new code you provided that fixed my other site, but vahi.org is still not working correctly. Any ideas?

I am using a regular browser (Chrome), not incognito.

I just tried it in incognito, and I got the same screen, but then it directed me to the website. Is there a way to keep that message from popping up?

I think 136.55.4.104 is my IP address.

    Site24x7’s list is here:

Hi! Thanks for the information! Glad to hear that site24x7 is already whitelisted. I am having a problem with vahi.org being reported as up and down by site24x7 very frequently, and they saw an error similar to the one I am getting frequently on another site of mine docinabunker.com. Here is the error:

    https://centnerconsulting.com/wp-content/uploads/docinabunker-cleantalk-screenshot.png

Do you know what could be causing this error? It does not ever redirect to the website. I just stays on this page, counting down.

I did see that site24x7 added some new IPs to their list, in case those need to be added?

    Thanks!

Hi! I ended up purchasing the premium version through woocommerce.com. The author then added some code to correct this.

    Thank you for your response!

Relevanssi is set to “keep” dashes; it has been that way, I did not update that.

Here is the actual product page – https://milspecwest.com/product/msw-g-bf-04s/

When I do an admin search, the product is found.
These are the query variables (in case this is helpful)
    post_types: any
    s: MSW-G-BF-04S
    relevanssi_admin_search: 1
    operator: AND
    posts_per_page: -1

I believe the index is complete. I have tried to index unindexed posts, and it finds 0 records. I wondered if I should try to re-index?

I just now found in your documentation that Yoast Local will break Relevanssi. I just now disabled Yoast Local, but that still didn’t fix the issue.

I do not see where the “rows” are listed in query monitor, but I’ll keep looking.

Any other suggestions? Thank you so much!
