Wel, it´s because you wrote me thru email and I answered you that the problem didn´t solve, that the all in one seo stills filling logs with errors, I didn´t get answer from you thru email.

The issue is that we’ve been working on it since 7:00 AM today, as we were seeing a message indicating that you only work Monday through Friday.
Since we couldn’t afford to wait given the slowness and other problems we were facing, we dedicated all of Saturday to trying to resolve it across all our portals.
At this point, we’re only dealing with this latest and only error; there are no others, just this single message, not hundreds:

Do you think your medical plugin can fix this last error?
It took us so many hours to get the websites stable that we’re a bit afraid to upload it via FTP and risk encountering other problems.
Could you please confirm if this will solve it? Thanks again!

@aurangajeb, the problems persist, so we have submitted a Basic Question, since we do not have access to the admin of our web pages…..
Thanks @aurangajeb, after deleting the problematic table, and reinstalling back your plugin, the table was generated back again. Is this a problem?
Hi @aurangajeb we went trhu Basic Question and found that we could run a DB SQL order in PhpMyAdmin, as this: DROP TABLE IF EXISTS wp_aioseo_cache
That deleted the all in one cache table that was causing errors, then we installed your plugin back and websites are back well, very, very slow, but are back…. Maybe the plugin is consuming a lot of resources? Our websites weren’t slow before.
and more things, the plugin broke all our adsense ads…..
I’m sorry @arnaudbroes, but the problem is with your plugin, not with our websites. We had to turn off your plugin in all our sites 8 of them that use it. We don´t need I think a support ticket, for repairing your plugin. Can you fix this situation that run all our websites offline?
Another of our websites is down completly, we had to unistall all in one seo in it, as with WP Rollback to v4.9.6.2 didn´t solve the problem 🙁
If this information helps as this is not my post, just for letting you know that he have hundreds of errors lines: 36,753 (in total 4,018 kb) in our logs after updating to 4.9.7.1 and increasing, all of them only from all in one seo: https://pastebin.com/LhQGUyZg
Hi @shivamtyagi I’m really sorry, but cleaning Robot.txt DB didn´t work, the sentence or instructions are all the, remain in the list, even after deleting the robots.txt thru tools / db / delete robots.txt. There is no way for fixing this. I uploaded a new robots.txt after cleaning all thru DB and uploaded to all in one seo and it mixed old things, with new things, duplicating, chaging orders, etc…. Why can´t we for example aswell order everything in our robots.txt, there are some in the top of the list that we cannot move.

We found a button for taking off those sentence from the file, but we would really like a button por reseting the file, as for example we have to delete like 60 sentences manually, because when we restore the file thru FTP and import it, those old ones keep there, thank you.

I tested with “Incognito Window“, maybe this doesn’t work?
We don’t use a proxy (not behind a proxy/CDN), and at Proxy config we have: “Recommended”, so you tell me to change it to: “inactive” or “unconfigured”?
At: Security Check Pro is: “enabled“
And at Settings → Global Settings → Authorized IPs: I don’t have my IP there either 🙂

Hi, we have 3 websites, not Public Utility Apps, and in 2 of them is working perfectly, but in one of them stopped working. Are you sure this is going to be block or has being block, as it´s weird that in 2 of them is working like charm and in the other isn´t….
