I used another web-browser (I used Safari before) now, I am using FireFox ,
it worked for me , now I will wait for the customer to test it , if they have a problem , I will try to whitelist their IP-address , if still have problem , I will let you know , I will let you know any way 😀
Ok , i mange to add my IP to the whitelist, but still have the same problem for me my self, and also you have to know that we are trying to automate these proceedings , it will not optimal if we have to whitelist our customer manually every time we add a new client-site .
and again – just to make sure – I white listed my IP , and still can not use ProjectHuddle client-site
Ok, i will try with my IP , the problem is “To Personal black & white lists” link is disabled , when I hover over it , I get “The user-agent is not supported by personal lists. Contact Support if you need filter the user-agent.”
