i think i figured out the issue. Our theme is a customer theme so the add-to-car button is defined differently. I believe this was the cause of the event not firing as wellForum: Plugins

It worked great thanks. Although i’m not sure now whether i should upgrade to latest version of plugin or stay with this version indefinitely?
So iI’ve added a consent management platform called complianz and I have woo consent api installed. I have kept consent off as you said in site kite.
I’ve also disabled Google for woocommerce.

I aalso have Google for woocommerce enabled though and connected. Could it be due to that?
Regarding your last point this is strange as we have ssl and when I try on my end it always redirects to https version.
Let me know if there’s anything else I should try
thanks for the tips. I’ve disabled consent mode just now let me know if that makes things work better.
regarding conversion I already had conversion ID present AW-16668870112. Actually Google ads has been doing much better job at reflecting conversions and analytics has not shown anything other than final outcomes
Thanks for your swift response. I filled out the form you shared with the details. I had enhanced conversion tracking turned on, but enhanced enagement tracking was off which i turned on now. As for the funnel, i only see the first section which is session start even if i toggle the open funnel option it only shows the first steps.
Thanks for your quick response. I’ve deleted the plugin and installed the previous version once again.
Also, I’ve noticed that i had manually installed the purchase event in the past through META Event Setup Tool and i proceeded to delete that as well in case it is conflicting with the way the plugin would record events.

Do i have to do any setup in META events for the events to pass to META
Hi,
I did open a support request but no one came to me and its been a few days now.
The issue got resolved turns out there was a clash with another plugin and now the recurring payments are sending to our payment provider. However, i am facing another issue where all payments are failing with the following in order notes
