Yes, I export the database using phpmyadmin.Also, i have changed home/siteurl in wp-options.
I did not use Search/Replace utility. It looks insecure script!
I did not use akeeka. Does this tool help in migrating whole Live wordpress to localhost (to my computer)? this tool seems used for migrating blogs only, is this right?
I just use manualy, by copy files/folders from server to local computer using FTP. Then use XAMPP server to run the website locally.
