Hi @dougaitken , yes that’s right, Divi safe mode disables the plugins for troubleshooting. It doesn’t allow just one to be turned back on though so I can’t answer your question I’m sorry.
Yes, that’s right about the normal description, the text is just white so you can’t see it (unless you highlight/select it). The short description is entirely disabled/gone though, and there are some buttons up the top of the page which disappear for me too. Hopefully they fix it soon!
No, I’m using Divi. It’s happening on both my Divi sites that have the Facebook for Woocommece plugin installed. As a workaround, I am deactivating the Fb plugin to edit/create new products, and then reactivating it after I’ve finished. Divi safe mode also works as a workaround.

I changed the theme on the site and did a bunch of other work and then tried again, and now the settings save. I guess it must have been a theme conflict.

I tried deactivating the plugins but no difference. Still won’t save settings.

In reply to: [Popups - WordPress Popup] Duplicate popup, or set default settings?That plugin doesn’t add anything to the Popups page. It only adds Clone buttons etc to the posts and pages tab. Nothing changes in my Popups tab.
