Just to let you know I’ve just updated to 3.0.13 and the issue appears to have been resolved.

Have tried uploading another document and the same thing happens.
Once setting the Post Status to private the link on the document name no longer shows and the drop down no longer works and so it is now un-editable.
Thanks for any help anyone’s able to give.
PS I’m away until the beginning of Nov so I’ll answer to any necessary responses then, thanks.

Yes I am an admin user, just to clarify once the Post Status is set to private the link for that document in the document list no longer shows as a link and the drop down no longer appears.
So to try and resolve this and remove the entry I deleted the document via:
Media – Library
but the document entry in Memphis still remains.
I will experiment with another document to see if the same results occur.
