Hi, thanks for getting back on this. No. The option is not there to update the author profile when Yoast is disabled.

I copied the wordfence folder from the wordpress plugin directory to a local drive as a backup and then deleted the original folder using FTP. Our site was up and running again without it. NB: this was the only plugin I deleted.

I then copied the wordfence folder back from our local drive and it’s still working! Not sure what, if anything, has changed but we’re okay at the moment.

Update – didn’t work for me using Firefox 50.1.0 on a Mac. Worked fine using Safari.
