Not out of the box with the free version, but it could be configured using a custom page template (via your WP theme).
can you teach me how to configure please“how is the form delivered back to me?” i meant all the data filled by user onto these forms, where and how is it stored and how i can access it?
also can the few fields be made mandotory?
