Hello Nitesh,
It seems we have “solved” the issue meanwhile. We may have missed the proper use of the shortcode is only in pages as opposed to posts.

Our auctions were listed from a post instead of in a page.
After changing this after a colleague suggested we try this, everything works as expected 😉
