I don’t see any error logs in particular but I’m wondering now, because new security was introduced to our hosting, are there any IPs we need to whitelist from CleanTalk? It could be possible our firewall might be preventing communication if this is the case?

In reply to: [Simple Logo Carousel] The option in the menu does not appearHi @albertcorbett, the Logo Carousel option sometimes does not show up immediately on install but after a quick refresh it does. We have not heard anyone reporting this issue yet so if you have anymore insight we would love to help you get it fixed so it benefits anyone else who may have this problem as well.

In reply to: [Simple Logo Carousel] Show logos randomHi @robert203, apologies for the long delay for the response, we’re working on figuring out how to get notified from posts here to better keep up with everything. There currently is no option at the moment but if you are still using the carousel we’re more then happy to include a randomize option in the next update and would think it is also a fantastic idea. Will evaluate the vertical carousel idea as well.
