In reply to: [eShop] product search not workingSorry, I should have remembered that is the first step in resolving the issue. It’s been a while since I made any changes on the site. I deactivated all of the plugins and by reactivating them one at a time I found that the Event Calendar Pro plugin is the one that caused this feature to turn off.
So I guess I need to put in a issue to them first, correct?

After doing some more googling, I found someone else who had the same problem and discovered that i needed to install the Download Monitor, not the Download manager.

In reply to: [eShop] [Plugin: eShop] Item disappears from Cart after qty changeOK I just deactivated all plugins except for Eshop, changed to the twenty eleven theme and the same problem occurred. I will leave the website in this condition so you can see and test for yourself. If you go to the quantity field of the second item in the cart, type in a new quantity and hit the enter key, instead of hitting the update cart button, one of the items will disappear.

I’ve never done this before and I’m afraid of losing all the work I’ve put in already.

In reply to: [eShop] [Plugin: eShop] Item disappears from Cart after qty changeThe problem occurs when you change the quantity on the shopping cart page and hit the enter key instead of hitting the update cart button. If you simply key the change quantity and then hit update cart, it works correctly. If you key the change quantity and hit enter (as all three of us working on the website did naturally), it deletes the item from the cart.
