Have you tried to disable the elementor new caching feature? usually this is the main reason for caching issues and not other plugins.

I am sorry for that, we have got a request from WordPress to change the domain name of the plugin due to trademark violation.
Please deactivate the plugin & remove it and try to reinstall it.

The case you have describe is not what’s going on with the new version of the plugin.
It still works like before, just added the option for the repeater to work with a Carousel widget (custom one that comes with the updated plugin).
The previous features are still there, just a bit different to implement, read the instructions of the plugin, it’s all there with screen shots to help you understand it better.
If you have any issue you are more then welcome to open a new support ticket.

Hi @zhanhongyuan and thank you for using the plugin.
If you’re working with a repeater field that includes an image sub-field, yes — it will work.
Here’s what you need to do step by step:- Set the return value of the image sub-field
- In ACF, make sure the repeater’s image sub-field is set to return the Image URL (not the ID or Array).
- Add the image inside your repeater layout
- Inside the repeater widget you have set in Elementor builder, add an Image element.
- Use the image’s URL placeholder
- Instead of pulling the image with Elementor’s dynamic tags, open the Image → Link (URL) field in the settings.
- Enter
#your_image_key(replaceyour_image_keywith the actual sub-field key you set in ACF).
- Result
- Elementor will replace
#your_image_keywith the actual URL of the image from the repeater field, and the image will display correctly.
- Elementor will replace

Once ACF Repeater Loop Carousel is installed you can search for ACF Repeater Loop Carousel element on the elementor builder.
If you still have issues of using ACF Repeater Loop Carousel please provide screenshots.

Also make sure that in Elementor features the element cache switch is turned off and that you have the latest version of “ACF Repeater For Elementor” & Elementor & Elementor Pro
