To answer your question: unfortunately not.
VerifyPass relies on the use of discount codes, which are provided by the merchant. Since WooCommerce allows you to set restrictions on codes, you could include/exclude whatever products/categories you’d like. It would be much more common (and recommended) to use VerifyPass to discount existing products, rather than create duplicate ones.
