If you confirmed that this issue is not cache related in this case, the quick fix for it is to reinstall the Worker plugin and reconnect your website.
However, adding a dismiss option might be a good solution as well, therefore, I’ll make sure that someone from the team takes a look at this suggestion 🙂
Regarding the post you mentioned, only the user that has started a thread can mark its status as “Resolved”. We are not able to change that on our end.
